Engineering (including concept and basic design), procurement of equipment and materials, construction, loading, transport and installation, testing and commissioning of the Dolwin6 HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) Platform and associated jacket.

The project encompasses a power transmission system with a capacity of 900 megawatts in the German North Sea, together with an onshore substation in the Emden region. The offshore conversion platform transforms the electrical energy from the wind turbines from 155 kV alternating current to 320 kV high-voltage direct current and exports it to the onshore substation, where it is fed into the grid.
