COBRA IS Investor Day was held on 12 December, in a corporate event represented by VINCI’s top management, our CEO José María Castillo and the general managers of the company’s subgroups.

The event brought together more than 100 attendees, most of them VINCI shareholders and investors, at the Four Seasons Hotel in Madrid, in a day focused on the strategic impulse given by COBRA IS joining the Group. The session was structured in three content blocks; a first corporate block on the COBRA IS identity, in which the company’s objectives and strategic plans were presented; a second large block dedicated to our main business areas and emblematic projects; and a third block on our roadmap for the promotion of renewable generation assets, with special emphasis on the Belmonte project, the first photovoltaic plant commissioned by the Group.

Two years after we joined the VINCI Group, the integration has proved exceptionally successful. Culture is a key factor in the success of any acquisition, and VINCI and COBRA IS have highly decentralised cultures and businesses that operate independently, but also as part of a strong people-focused Group managed with excellence by a great management team.
